To support our growth and strengthening our brand, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager.
Your role as Digital Marketing Manager at Last Mile Solutions
In your role as Digital Marketing Manager you are responsible for different pillars aligned to branding Last Mile Solutions online.
You will be working on managing and developing our website to ensure optimal user journey, drive conversion rate optimization as well as conducting research with focus groups in order to optimize customer journey. Your collaboration will be needed with content creators and designers to ensure a dynamic and engaging website.
Another focus will be on SEO/ PPC and A/B testing. To increase traffic and search engine rankings you develop and execute SEO strategies and manage pay-per-click campaigns, next to designing, implementing and analyzing A/B tests.
Next to that, another pillar you are responsible for is Lead Generation and Nurturing – where you will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, implement lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into customers. To ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and sales goals you will work closely with the sales team.
Amongst your tasks is also Analytics and Performance tracking and present reports on key metrics and campaign effectiveness to gain actionable insights. You will need to own and develop the Digital Marketing Strategy for LMS and for that stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies and dare to experiment with new formats, channels and platforms.
Your core responsibilities
Website Management & CRO
- Manage and develop the Last Mile Solutions website, ensuring a user-friendly experience, optimized user journey and alignment with branding guidelines.
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, user experience improvements, and landing page optimization.
- Conduct research with focus groups to understand real-world usage and optimize the customer journey to fill MQLs
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure the website remains dynamic and engaging.
SEO / PPC / A/B Testing
- Develop and execute search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and digital content to improve performance.
Lead Generation and Nurturing
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies using email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools to convert prospects into customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and sales goals.
Analytics and Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including web analytics, SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Create and present reports on key metrics and campaign effectiveness, offering actionable insights.
- Use data to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization and growth.
Using Latest Digital Trends and Techniques
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, including changes in algorithms, new advertising platforms, and content marketing strategies. Own and develop the Digital Marketing Strategy for Last Mile Solutions.
- Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies like AI, chatbots, and automation into the digital marketing strategy.
- Experiment with new content formats, advertising channels, and social media platforms to stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaboration and Support
- Work closely with the brand, content, and product marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and developers for specific campaign needs or website updates.
- Support the Marketing Director in refining the overall digital strategy to align with business objectives.
You recognize yourself in
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, including website management, SEO, and PPC.
- Proven experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in lead generation and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Dutch, French, German) are a plus.
