To support our growth and strengthening our brand, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Events,- and Branding Associate that likes to roll up the sleeves.
Your role as Events,- and Branding Associate at Last Mile Solutions
In this role your focus lies on Event Management and Branding and content creation.
You collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution. Amongst others you assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, conferences and exhibitions including managing the logistics and event promotion.
You will be co-responsible for developing marketing content in line with the company’s branding guidelines as well as supporting the creation of outings that reinforce brand consistency. Besides that your task is to maintain the company’s online presence through managing social media accounts and creating engaging content that enhances brand visibility.
Ultimately the fulfillment of this role is depending on working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned brand messaging as well as coordination with external parties to produce branding materials. You will support the Senior Brand Strategy Manager in executing the company’s broader corporate branding initiatives.
Your core responsibilities
Event management
- (Assist in) planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions, ensuring they align with the company’s brand strategy and objectives.
- Manage event logistics such as venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site operations.
- Support event promotion through digital and physical marketing materials (e.g., flyers, banners, social media).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
Branding and content creation
- Assist in developing marketing content for events, digital campaigns, and social media in line with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Support the creation of presentations, brochures, videos, and other media that reinforce brand consistency.
- Help maintain the company’s online presence by (co-)managing social media accounts and creating engaging content that enhances brand visibility.
- Track and report on the success of content and campaigns.
Collaboration and support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product management to ensure brand messaging is aligned across all customer touchpoints.
- Support the Senior Brand Strategy Manager in executing the company’s broader corporate branding initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and partners to produce branding materials.
- Assist in maintaining internal brand guidelines and ensuring all departments adhere to the set standards.
You recognize yourself in
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field
- Minimal 2-3 years of relevant work experience in event management, marketing or branding
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Previous experience in handling logistics for events independently, including vendor coordination and multi-departmental collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency
- Experience with social media management and content creation tools (e.g. Adobe, Canva)
- A willingness to travel when required to support on-site setup and execution of events
- Fluency in English – additional languages (e.g. Dutch, French, German) are considered a plus
