Your Ownership

As a Front office manager you will be responsible for the first customer communication at the office as well as on the phone. You will be the host for our visitors and representing our company in this experience. You are the first line of contact for all our customers and partners on the phone. To make sure that our customers get the proper response it is your responsibility that feedback is given from all colleagues. With assisting office management you are central point within the company for arranging tasks to further smoothen day to day internal operations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing in and outbound customer calls
• Managing customer experience while visiting our location
• Chasing intern colleagues for proper customers response
• Assisting  office management.

We are looking for:

• MBO/HBO level (based on experience or degree)
• Minimal of 5 year’s experience on customer inbound and outbound communication.
• Someone who wants to be the face of the company towards our customers
• Strong affiliation with hospitality and organizing small events.
