Our business is rapidly scaling and as we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Head of Propositions to join our dynamic team in Rotterdam.
Your role
At Last Mile Solutions, we are shaping the future of e-mobility by delivering value-driven solutions tailored to market needs. As Head of Propositions, you will lead the strategic development, positioning, and lifecycle management of our propositions, aligning cross-functional teams to ensure success.
This leadership role requires a strategic approach to translating market needs into scalable, differentiated solutions that solidify our position as a leader in EV charging management.
Key responsibilities
As Head of Propositions, your key responsibilities include:
- Market and Customer Insight Leadership
- Shape market research to deeply understand customer segments, trends, and pain points.
- Identify opportunities and define innovative strategies to address them.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure relevance and differentiation.
- Value Proposition Strategy and Development
- Create high-impact value propositions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements and pricing strategies.
- Ensure propositions articulate clear differentiation and deliver tangible customer value.
- Go-to-Market and Operational Readiness
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales.
- Ensure readiness across teams for proposition launches, including training and tools.
- Oversee pilot programs or soft launches, refining propositions based on feedback.
- Proposition Performance and Lifecycle Management
- Define and monitor success metrics, such as adoption, satisfaction, and revenue impact.
- Continuously assess and enhance proposition performance.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of propositions, driving innovation and ensuring long-term competitiveness.
- Leadership and Strategic Collaboration
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of Proposition Managers, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Act as a key liaison with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align strategies and objectives.
- Represent Propositions in leadership discussions, driving customer-centric insights into company strategy.
You recognize yourself in
- Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field.
- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in proposition development or commercial product management within SaaS, tech scale-ups, or the EV charging and/or Payment industry.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to define and execute strategic propositions that drive market success.
- Customer-centric approach: Strong ability to translate customer insights into scalable, differentiated propositions.
- Leadership: Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to inspire and align diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Dutch, French, German) are a plus.
