 Your role as a Jr. Roaming Manager

As a Jr. Roaming Manager at Last Mile Solutions, your primary mission is to maintain and expand one of Europe’s largest e-Mobility roaming networks, ensuring seamless charging experiences for EV drivers continent-wide. Leading the charge within our team, you’ll contribute to the selection of international roaming partners and ensure the secure integration of data into our software platform. Additionally, you’ll offer crucial insights to optimize our services for clients and serve as the go-to person for roaming-related challenges and issues within the roaming network.

Working closely with colleagues from Products, Development, Sales, and Solutions, you’ll contribute to evolving our offerings and crafting innovative roaming solutions. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will establish you as a trusted advisor to existing partners and customers, adept at nurturing relationships and resolving any challenges that may arise.




  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing international roaming partners
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Compile and present insightful statistics for clients and end users
  • Collaborate with sales and development teams on commercial projects
  • Provide ongoing support to roaming partners and clients
  • Proactively contribute expertise and insights to the roadmap
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth within the organization


 Your recognize yourself in


  • Relevant Bachelor or MBO education
  • Project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in 2nd or 3rd line B2B customer support
  • Proficiency in English and French is a very big plus
