Technical Application Manager

Your role as a Technical Application Manager

As a Technical application manager you will be responsible for maintaining the deployments of our in-house developed applications using acceptance and production criteria. Next to that you will be critical in implementing SalesForce CRM in our organization. Any changes on the applications you are responsible for need to be communicated with relevant parties. The role is newly created and you can give it shape. The role is part of our IT team and you will work together with our system administrator and our DBA. The three of you will also act as each other’s backup.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing acceptance of application updates through to production
  • Deploying and managing  cloud applications like SalesForce CRM
  • Organizing work according to ISO/NEN standards
  • Building the function in a growing business

You recognize yourself in this:

  • A graduate of MBO 4 or HBO ICT studies
  • At least 5 years’ experience on hands-on application management
  • Someone who is a team player and can align business and IT
  • SalesForce experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in an international environment
  • You live in the area of Rotterdam
  • You’re available for 38 hours per week
