Your role as Technical Product Manager
As part of the Product Management team, you have the unique opportunity to be co-responsible for the further growth and development of our white-label e-Mobility solution. Our platform is focused on Charge Point Operators and e-Mobility Service Providers, and on companies from other industries who want to become a CPO or e-MSP.
In this role we are looking for a Technical Product Manager who has experience managing two diverse teams:
- Infrastructure team, tasked with developing a scalable infrastructure based on k8s and a seamless developer experience platform to act as a flywheel for the product teams. Key stakeholders are 5 product teams that are eagerly looking forward to move to containers on Kubernetes, accompanying product managers wanting a quicker time-to-market.
- TechOps team, ensuring smooth IT operations for the whole organization, from office automation to data storage, to security & compliance. Key interactions are operations department in need of data and insights, colleagues with IT challenges and Sales & CISO with information on security and compliance
You have a solid understanding of managing IT Operations, from the capacity in our data centers to ensuring our platform and organization is secure and compliant. You are not daunted by technical concepts surrounding capacity planning, observability, CI/CD, and databases.
With 2 solid teams, you have the power the set the roadmap, help our organization to continue to scale.
What you will do as a Technical Product Manager
- Understand, anticipate and prioritize internal customer needs
- Differentiate and create a market leading infrastructure product that’s on par with public cloud solutions
- Collaborate closely with your colleagues from various departments (Product development, Roaming, Connectivity, Sales & Marketing, Operations)
- Act as primary communicator to all stakeholders in the company from start till release of each product or component
- Keep a fine balance between fulfilling the needs on our new and existing infrastructure
- Identify and implement external partnerships to scale our offering to a global one
- Take a data-driven approach to your decision making
You recognize yourself in
- Relevant work experience in an international environment (large tech companies considered a plus)
- 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as product manager in the field of infrastructure or IT operations
- You have an excellent command of the English language and a good command in Dutch
- You are willing to come to the office for 3 days a week
