Innovation highlight: We have enhanced the private user and company creation API. It now allows to schedule customer password creation on certain date and to send notifications to the customer on a certain time frame. We also improved the customer API, to allow changing the status of a customer.
Next to that we made some fixes:
- Improved the password reset flow to look for both username and email address.
- Location API now does better error handling for missing mandatory fields as “timezone“.
- We added pagination added to “Charge points“ → “View QR“. The page will load 10 charge points as default (configurable), which should avoid “out of memory“ problems.
- Enabled correct tracking of home charging total cost in the Transaction API

2.65 – 21 July 2025
We’ve made improvements to the overview of Customers Awaiting Approval: It now shows their bank account code, making it easier to spot irregularities.
Next to that we have made several improvements to our API’s and fixed some issues:
- Added usergroup name to the Customers API response and enabled filtering by [provider.id|http://provider.id] to improve customer management and display.
- Introduced sorting by transaction duration in the Transactions API to help identify the longest or shortest sessions.
- System users can now attach and detach subscriptions to cards via the API—previously only possible through the EVC-Net UI. This enables automated workflows for card related subscription management, and aligns API capabilities with existing UI functionality
- Fixed an issue where a company admin could not manage employees or view invoices.

Innovation Highlight: We made several improvements to the Transactions API:
- You can now retrieve the Total Cost Including VAT directly via the API, therefore, no more manual VAT calculations needed.
- Added sorting by start date and energy (kWh) .
More API enhancements:
- Added new filters to the Cards API for roaming cards, card details (provider, type, ID, reference), sorting by customer name, and support for subscription start/end times.
- Added sorting and filtering by “type” to the Customers API, along with new fields for “creation date” and “customer agrees with privacy policy”
- Charge stations API no longer supports ID input and “Update stations” now supports 9 or 10-digit IDs
Additional bugfixes:
- Fix: We fixed an issue where a VAT number incorrectly was required when registering a private customer.
- Fix: Added support for private customers to be eligible for home charging via roaming.
- Fix: There was a card count mismatch in Search Cards where the sum of attached and detached cards exceeded the total “All charge cards” count, ensuring accurate card overview.

Innovation Highlight: Home Charging Invoices in Belgium will now display a single, consistent VAT rate on every line. This change eliminates the mismatched-rate issue, so your PDFs and API exports align smoothly with your accounting and tax records.
Further improvements & fixes:
- Improvement: We have made multiple improvements to our API’s capabilities:
- Added hierarchy information to the /api/platform/usergroups endpoint, making it easy to see how user groups are related and part of larger user group structures.
- The Cards API now allows you to filter on status and control which usergroups have access or do not have access to the card.
- Added filters to the Products API, allowing you to retrieve products based on their type and selectionMode.
- Added the parent field to the Customer API responses, making it easier to identify of which bigger user group the user group is part of.
- The Wallet API has been updated to include a payment field for each transaction, and the card identifier is now also included in the responses.
- Improvement: We’ve improved the Transaction Details page to ensure that employees and company admin users see the correct total reimbursement amount for each home charging transaction.
- New: Employees can now view the full reimbursement amount and the correct energy price (EUR/kWh) for each individual home charging transaction
- Improvement: Companies can track the correct reimbursement amount, the margin (if applicable), and the correct energy price (EUR/kWh) on a per-transaction basis, improving financial oversight.
- Fixes: We have fixed several bugs and issues:
- The preferred language for users which had been assigned an incorrect language code in the past.
- Improved the Customer sign up forms where clicking the submit button twice will not result in an error.
- Removed an issue in the customer APIs that not always showed the customers invoice address.
- Fixed an issue where Customers registering in Poland, Switzerland or other non-Euro markets were shown an error.

Innovation Highlight: Billable Items API:
We’ve introduced a new API endpoint that allows you to retrieve detailed product and subscription information tied to your product item. This gives you greater transparency over billing and helps streamline your internal reconciliation process.
Further innovations, improvements & fixes:
- New: Company administrators can update the roaming state of cards that are in use by an employee.
- Improvement: Technical improvements to the validation of customer phone numbers.
- Improvement: Customers signing up are informed about their username to login to EVC-net.
- Fix: Resolved an issue on the Customer API that returned an error when salutation was missing.
- Fix: Fixed an error when sorting locations by name in descending order via the Location Platform API.
- Fix: Fixed an error when sorting cards by Card Type via the Card Platform API.
- Fix: Fixed an issue in which there was misalignment between the mandatory fields in the Cards API and EVC-NET.

Innovation highlight: Home chargers hosted on EVC.net can now process charge cards not hosted on EVC.net for home reimbursement.
Further improvements & fixes:
- Improvements to the customer acceptance flow:
- The alert “Signed on company and private customers” is changed to “Customers awaiting approval”
- Customers awaiting approval that confirm their email address are proactively informed that their account needs to be reviewed by provider.
- When attempting to login to EVC-net web portal, customers awaiting approval are informed they cannot login until their account is reviewed by the provider.
- Improvement: We have improved the performance of the invoice details page by introducing pagination for product lines. Large invoices now load faster and more reliably, even with hundreds of thousands of transactions.
- Improvement: We have increased the flexibility of our Direct Debit mandate setup by enabling SEPA mandate creation via API with {{“accepted” = FALSE}}
- Improvement: Customer Sign up form on web now follows the charge card options configuration from the provider profile.
- Fix: We have improved our Italian translations on the Customers overview page
- Fix: The creation of employees via the new Employee API can be done without providing the admin status.
- Fix: Fixed an issue where customer IDs were not shown in some of the alerts.

- Fix: The email sent to Customers awaiting approval, after they confirmed their email address, now correctly informs them their account will be reviewed by provider soon.
- Improvement: The alert page with customers pending review now includes more details and a Split View for Companies and private users to improve the verification of new customers
- Improvement: You now can change the inactive status of a customer (e.g. from email address checked to fraud or Declined during registration.)
- Improvement: Searching for customers now lets you filter on each inactive state (email address checked, registered, inactive, blocked)

- Customers Get collection now enables you to filter users per Company ID, which makes it easier to view all employees from a company.
