Credit Controller

As we are keen on leading our ambitions in the right direction – we are searching for a Credit Controller that likes to work at international level within a scaling company.
Your role
As a Credit Controller, you’ll take full ownership of your own client portfolio. You ensure that outstanding invoices are paid on time and handle necessary administrative tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting.
With your keen eye and problem-solving mindset, you quickly identify the root causes of payment delays and take appropriate action.
You’ll be in daily contact with both B2B and B2C partners, building strong and lasting relationships. In this role, you are not only a driving force in the collection process, but also take an informing role towards our partners.

Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the daily accounts receivable administration and related tasks.
- You are the first point of contact for our (international) clients and respond to all inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, whether by phone or email.
- You enjoy investigating issues and working together with clients to find the right solution.
- You coordinate with Customer Success Managers on client-specific questions.
- You take ownership of monitoring invoice-related complaints and handle them efficiently through effective complaint and dispute management.
- You support your colleagues and contribute to strong collaboration across different teams.
- In addition to your daily responsibilities, you actively think along about how we can improve our processes—and you take initiative to make it happen.
Your skills and experience:
- Preferably a completed financial education at MBO or HBO level, or relevant experience in a similar role.
- At least 1–2 years of work experience as a Credit Controller in an international environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel.
- You have numerical insight and work with great accuracy.
- You are customer-friendly and service-oriented.
- You have strong communication skills and can perform well under pressure.
- You have excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. A good command of Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of German and/or French is a significant plus.
- You are a true team player with a strong sense of collaboration.
- You live in the Rotterdam area.
- You are available to work at our beautiful office at least 3 out of 5 days per week.

Senior Product Manager (Maternity Cover)

We are currently hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Rotterdam for a fixed 6-month maternity cover.
Your role:
As part of the Product team, you have the unique opportunity to be responsible for the growth and development of our white-label e-Mobility solutions. Our solutions are focused on Charge Point Operators and e-Mobility Service Providers or on companies from other industries who want to become a CPO or e-MSP.
You’ll turn our roadmaps into reality and take ownership of a variety of initiatives and bring them to completion.
Your responsibilities:
- Understand, anticipate and prioritise customer needs.
- Differentiate and create market leading software products while managing the backlog.
- Collaborate closely with your colleagues from various departments.
- Act as primary communicator to all stakeholders in and outside the company, from start to release of each product (feature) or proposition.
- Keep a balance between fulfilling the needs of new and existing customers and our internal stakeholders.
- Identify and implement external partnerships to bring new propositions to the market.
Your skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience working as a Senior Product Manager in a B2B. environment, with successful track record of working with cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects.
- Customer/end-user focused, commercially minded, and authentic with a hands-on mentality.
- Relevant work experience in a SaaS environment (e-Mobility or FinTech domain considered a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.

As we continue to grow our Data team, we are looking to hire a Senior Database Engineer to join our team in Rotterdam.
Your role:
As a Senior Database Engineer, you’ll shape and optimise our data infrastructure to support our rapidly growing platform. Your expertise will be key in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database systems that can handle millions of transactions each month, with a growth rate that doubles annually.
You’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to scale our data architecture, ensuring it remains efficient, secure, and highly available as we expand. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and tackle complex challenges.

Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate on designing, implementing and maintaining the infrastructure data platform.

- Experience working within DevOps culture with a modern data estate.
- Incident Management experience, based on a 24/7 on-call rota.
- Knowledge of database concepts, including performance tuning, indexing, and query optimisation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, Bash, Python) for automation and database management.
- Strong understanding of database security principles and best practices.
- Experience with cloud database services (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database) as well as running databases in private cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 production environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are hiring a Data Engineer to join our team in Rotterdam.
Your role:
As a Data Engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing our Data Platform. We’re in the early stages of transforming the data generated by our customers into valuable insights and you'll build the infrastructure required to convert our extensive and distributed data into the insights needed by our customers and ourselves. This’ll take place in a greenfield environment as we transition to the cloud.
You’ll create the pipelines necessary to populate the infrastructure and ensure the data is accessible through our SaaS application and data analysis tools.
Your responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the data platform.
- Work closely with software engineers to ensure they leverage the latest data and database insights.
- Play an important role in improving the performance, security, and scalability of our data infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance performance.
- Manage incidents related to the data platform.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to meet our ever-growing demand.
- Take a leading role in growing our data team by establishing best practices and coaching junior team members.

- Data engineering experience, with expertise in major data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
