Your role
At Last Mile Solutions, we are shaping the future of e-mobility by delivering value-driven solutions tailored to market needs. As a Proposition Manager, your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, defining market opportunities, and crafting compelling propositions that align our products with business and customer goals.
You will work closely with Product Management, Marketing and Sales, and other key stakeholders to shape offerings that resonate with the market and deliver tangible results.
Key responsibilities
As a Proposition Manager, you will focus on these five core areas:
1. Market and customer insight
Conduct deep research into customer segments and geographies to identify needs, pain points, and trends.
Translate insights into actionable strategies, ensuring propositions align with market demands.
Monitor our product competitiveness and market dynamics to position our solutions effectively.
2. Value proposition development
Define clear and compelling value propositions for target customer segments.
Translate the value proposition to product requirements and specifications, in close collaboration with Product Management.
Articulate how our offerings address customer challenges, deliver value, and differentiate from competitors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define pricing (strategies) and commercial positioning.
3. Proposition Go-to-Market strategy
Partner with Product Marketing to create materials that communicate the value and benefits of propositions.
Coordinate operational and sales readiness of new propositions by ensuring teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell and operate the product.
Lead efforts for soft launches or pilot programs (if applicable), gathering feedback to refine the proposition.
4. Proposition performance management
Define and track key success metrics, such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact.
Analyze proposition performance post-launch, identifying improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Product Managers and other teams to iterate and enhance the proposition over time.
5. Lifecycle management
Manage the lifecycle of propositions, from initial ideation to retirement.
Evaluate when a proposition is no longer competitive or viable, and lead efforts to transition customers with minimal disruption.
What you bring
Bachelor’s or Master degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in proposition management, preferably within SaaS or a tech scale-up
Ability to translate customer insights into compelling, market-ready propositions.
Expertise in defining value propositions, pricing strategies and market positioning.
A results-driven mindset with true dedication to crafting winning propositions

Working with cloud infrastructure (particularly AWS services like SQS) feels natural to you, and you understand the trade-offs between different messaging and queuing patterns.
You're experienced in using Go and you know your way around both relational databases and NoSQL stores like Redis.

You are responsible for embedding our product‑ and partner‑led strategy within our Product & Technology department. The strategic direction is clear and already underway. Your role is to translate this direction into consistent execution, measurable outcomes and sustainable scale.
You lead Product, Engineering, Platform and Data as one integrated system, ensuring teams operate with clarity, ownership and a strong connection to partner value. Your role
As Strategic Partner Manager Benelux, you own and grow our most strategic commercial partnerships in the Benelux market.
You are fully accountable for commercial performance across your portfolio, including renewals, upsell, pricing, contract strategy, and long-term growth. Your accounts represent a significant share of our Benelux turnover.
You operate at senior level, shape market strategy, and virtually lead a cross-functional POD (Customer Success + Solutions Engineering) to drive results.

What you will do
Own commercial strategy & growth
Define and execute strategic account plans for key Benelux partners.
Drive revenue growth across CPO/MSP models, roaming, transaction services, and new product introductions.
Carry full commercial responsibility for your portfolio performance.
Contribute to regional growth strategy and market positioning in the Benelux.
Lead executive-level relationships
Build and maintain C-level and senior commercial relationships.
Own executive QBRs focused on commercial performance, roadmap alignment, and expansion strategy.
Act as escalation owner for high-impact commercial or contractual matters.
Build trusted, long-term strategic partnerships beyond transactional agreements.
Negotiate & close strategic deals
Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
Negotiate upsell, cross-sell, and new product adoption.
Align with Legal and Compliance to secure scalable and future-proof agreements.
Lead a cross-functional POD
Virtually lead a dedicated POD team (Partner Success Manager + Solutions Engineer).
Align commercial objectives with technical implementation and adoption strategy.
Ensure internal prioritization of key partner initiatives.
Drive execution discipline and accountability within your POD.
Monitor, optimize & anticipate
Use CRM, revenue data, and transaction insights to detect growth opportunities or performance gaps.
Define commercial KPIs and monitor partner performance.
Provide structured reporting and forecasting to senior leadership.
Anticipate market shifts (regulation, roaming dynamics, pricing models, consolidation) and reposition partnership strategy accordingly.
Shape the market & GTM strategy
Contribute to go-to-market strategy for existing and future customers.
Act as “ears in the market,” translating Benelux ecosystem developments into strategic input for Product and Leadership.
Represent Last Mile Solutions at industry events and ecosystem gatherings in the Benelux and internationally.
Strengthen our positioning within the regional EV charging and energy landscape.
What you bring
5+ years in strategic partnerships, key account management, or business development within:
SaaS platforms
E-mobility (CPO, MSP, roaming platforms)
Energy / utilities
Mobility or charging infrastructure ecosystems
Proven track record of managing high-revenue strategic accounts.
Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent level demonstrated through professional experience and commercial responsibility (Economics, Engineering, Energy, Business, or similar).
Ideally, a strong understanding of:
SaaS enterprise sales
CPO/MSP business models
Roaming ecosystems
EV charging transaction and billing structures
Energy pricing models and margin mechanics

Your role
As Partner Success Manager, you own adoption, retention, and value realization for a portfolio of partners in Belgium.
You are not a traditional Account Manager. You are a strategic advisor who understands EV charging operations, roaming, energy transactions, and SaaS platform dynamics, which expertise you translate into partner success.
Your success is measured by:
Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Churn prevention
Platform adoption & transaction growth
Customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)
What you will do
Drive customer value and measurable outcomes
Co-create success plans with partners, translating their strategic goals into clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Track value realization (usage, performance, ROI) and proactively steer accounts to ensure targets are achieved.
Use data and health signals to identify risks early and take action to prevent churn.
Lead proactive account engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for operational and day-to-day stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with both operational users and key decision-makers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on impact, insights, and opportunities.
Increase product adoption and platform utilization
Drive adoption of core and advanced platform capabilities to maximize partner value.
Identify underutilization and guide partners on best practices, optimizations, and new use cases.
Translate product capabilities into tangible operational and financial benefits.
Support renewals and expansion
Safeguard renewals by demonstrating clear and ongoing value.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on partner maturity and evolving needs and collaborate closely with Partner Management to convert these opportunities.
Act as the voice of the partner
Capture structured product feedback and market insights, feeding them back to Product and Development teams.
Coordinate with support and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally
Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Support teams to ensure a smooth handover post-deal and long-term partner success.
Contribute to improving internal processes, success playbooks, and scalability as the organization grows.
What you bring
Experience
3+ years of experience in SaaS and ideally as well in e-mobility.
Strong understanding of:
CPO/MSP business models
Roaming ecosystems
Charging hardware and e-mobility product portfolios
Energy transactions and billing structures
Experience managing B2B accounts in a structured portfolio model.
Experience with data-driven account management (health scores, churn signals, KPIs).
Skills
Strong consultative mindset, value-driven rather than sales-driven.
Ability to translate technical platform capabilities into business impact.
Excellent stakeholder management skills (operations to executive level).
Analytical and structured in approach.
Native in Dutch, fluent in English. (French is a plus).
