Your role
As Head of Platform, you are the owner of our core platform, infrastructure and reliability. You ensure that the foundation on which all products run is stable, secure and ready to scale.
You report to the CPTO and work closely with Product and Data teams. Your responsibility is to stabilise and modernise the platform, embed DevSecOps and Platform Engineering ways of working and build an organisation that can operate and evolve a high-scale SaaS/PaaS environment with confidence.
You lead the teams that run our platform including cloud infrastructure, security, Database engineering, and core platform services and create the conditions for them to deliver a predictable reliable, performant and scalable Platform to the Software Engineering teams. You will further develop our platform engineering capability and from that build an internal developer platform.
What you will do
Stabilise and evolve the platform
Take end-to-end ownership for platform stability, performance and availability.
Reduce incidents and escalations through clear ownership, monitoring and incident practices.
Establish and maintain SLOs/SLAs for key services, with transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Create a predictable release and change management process that balances speed and safety.
Lead Platform, Database and DevSecOps teams
Build and develop high-performing platform, Database teams with clear mandates.
Define target state architecture and build a transition path with clear value drivers and ROI calculation for management
Clarify ownership boundaries and interfaces between platform and product teams.
Coach leaders and senior engineers on reliability, automation and modern platform engineering practices.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and learning from incidents.
Set guardrails on architecture, security and ways of working, while giving teams autonomy to make day-to-day technical decisions within those boundaries so they can move fast but stay aligned.
Provide strong people leadership, including 1:1s, performance reviews, career development, team health, hiring, onboarding and capacity planning across Platform, Database and DevSecOps.
Build modern, automated infrastructure
Lead the evolution of our infrastructure towards a modern, automated and secure setup.
Drive infrastructure-as-code, configuration management and standardised environments.
Work with the Head of Engineering and CPTO on the cloud and hosting strategy, ensuring a pragmatic, cost-aware approach.
Reduce technical and operational debt in a deliberate, stepwise way.
Enhance observability, reliability and security
Further Progress strong observability capability (logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, alerting) across the platform.
Ensure incident response, problem management and post-mortem practices are embedded.
Partner with Security and Compliance to implement security baselines and guardrails by design.
Make reliability and security non-negotiable parts of how teams build and operate.
Accelerate AI-native engineering
Ensure the platform, infrastructure and tooling are ready for AI-native engineering practices.
Support teams in adopting AI tools in build, test, deploy and operate workflows, with proper governance.
Work with Data and Product teams to enable data and AI platform patterns on top of a robust core platform.
Align with business and partner value
Translate platform and infrastructure priorities into clear business impact.
Communicate trade-offs, risks and dependencies transparently with stakeholders.
Ensure that platform investments increase partner trust, reduce downtime and improve time-to-market.

The platform is stable and predictable, with reducing incidents
Clear SLOs/SLAs and observability are in place; reliability and performance are transparently measured.
Releases are frequent, controlled and low-risk; change does not equal instability.
Infrastructure and core services are automated, documented and consistent across environments.
Platform, Database and DevSecOps teams operate with clear ownership, autonomy and accountability.
Product teams can deliver faster because the platform is reliable, well-documented and easy to consume.
AI-ready patterns, tools and guardrails are in place, enabling safer and faster adoption of AI in engineering.
What you bring
8–12+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, SRE or related engineering leadership roles within scaling SaaS/PaaS environments.
Proven track record stabilising and evolving complex, high-load platforms.
Strong background in modern infrastructure (cloud, containers, automation, networking, security).
Hands-on experience embedding DevOps/DevSecOps ways of working (CI/CD, ownership, on-call, reliability practices).
Experience with observability stacks and reliability engineering (SRE, SLOs, error budgets).
Ability to balance modernisation with operational continuity; you know when to rebuild and when to harden.
Clear, decisive leadership style with focus on accountability, development and collaboration.
Strong stakeholder management skills; able to explain complex technical topics in business terms.
Experience guiding organisations through modernisation and scale-up phases is a significant advantage.
Fluency in English.

Your role
As Partner Success Manager, you own adoption, retention, and value realization for a portfolio of partners in Belgium.
You are not a traditional Account Manager. You are a strategic advisor who understands EV charging operations, roaming, energy transactions, and SaaS platform dynamics, which expertise you translate into partner success.

What you will do
Drive customer value and measurable outcomes
Co-create success plans with partners, translating their strategic goals into clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Track value realization (usage, performance, ROI) and proactively steer accounts to ensure targets are achieved.
Use data and health signals to identify risks early and take action to prevent churn.
Lead proactive account engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for operational and day-to-day stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with both operational users and key decision-makers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on impact, insights, and opportunities.
Increase product adoption and platform utilization
Drive adoption of core and advanced platform capabilities to maximize partner value.
Identify underutilization and guide partners on best practices, optimizations, and new use cases.
Translate product capabilities into tangible operational and financial benefits.
Support renewals and expansion
Safeguard renewals by demonstrating clear and ongoing value.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on partner maturity and evolving needs and collaborate closely with Partner Management to convert these opportunities.
Act as the voice of the partner
Capture structured product feedback and market insights, feeding them back to Product and Development teams.
Coordinate with support and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally
Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Support teams to ensure a smooth handover post-deal and long-term partner success.
Contribute to improving internal processes, success playbooks, and scalability as the organization grows.
What you bring
Experience
3+ years of experience in SaaS and ideally as well in e-mobility.
Strong understanding of:
CPO/MSP business models
Roaming ecosystems
Charging hardware and e-mobility product portfolios
Energy transactions and billing structures
Experience managing B2B accounts in a structured portfolio model.
Experience with data-driven account management (health scores, churn signals, KPIs).
Skills
Strong consultative mindset, value-driven rather than sales-driven.
Ability to translate technical platform capabilities into business impact.
Excellent stakeholder management skills (operations to executive level).
Analytical and structured in approach.
Native in Dutch, fluent in English. (French is a plus).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent level demonstrated through professional experience and commercial responsibility (Economics, Engineering, Energy, Business, or similar).
