Your role
As our HR Business Partner you will be the first point of contact and sparring partner for managers. You translate organizational objectives into concrete HR policies and ensure their successful implementation. You contribute to a healthy and future-proof organization by advising leaders, strengthening teams, and supporting employee growth.
You combine strategic insight with operational decisiveness. On the one hand, you contribute to topics such as talent development, leadership development, absenteeism, performance, and compensation. On the other hand, you ensure the correct execution of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, the HR cycle, and learning & development.
The HR Business Partner is part of the HR team. You do not have any hierarchical leadership responsibilities and will report into the HR Manager.
Your responsibilities
Strategic Advice
- Act as a sparring partner for managers.
- Advice on workforce planning, employee development, performance, absenteeism and team dynamics.
- Contribute to translating business strategy into annual HR plans.
- Identify HR issues and opportunities for improvement in culture, leadership and engagement.
- Collaborate on organizational development, talent management and employer branding.
Project,- and Change Management
- Coordinate HR projects within your business line (e.g. performance cycle, employee surveys, leadership development).
- Improve and standardize HR processes.
- Actively contribute to HR reporting and analysis (turnover, development, absenteeism).
- Co-develop HR policies and tools.
Daily HR Business Partnering
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR processes (onboarding, internal mobility, offboarding).
- Coach and mentor senior staff and managers.
- Monitor absenteeism and coordinate follow-up with managers.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Respond to HR-related questions from employees and managers.

Senior Product Manager (Maternity Cover)

We are currently hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Rotterdam for a fixed 6-month maternity cover.
Your role:
As part of the Product team, you have the unique opportunity to be responsible for the growth and development of our white-label e-Mobility solutions. Our solutions are focused on Charge Point Operators and e-Mobility Service Providers or on companies from other industries who want to become a CPO or e-MSP.
You’ll turn our roadmaps into reality and take ownership of a variety of initiatives and bring them to completion.
Your responsibilities:
- Understand, anticipate and prioritise customer needs.
- Differentiate and create market leading software products while managing the backlog.
- Design and execute new commercial propositions.
- Collaborate closely with your colleagues from various departments.
- Act as primary communicator to all stakeholders in and outside the company, from start to release of each product (feature) or proposition.
- Keep a balance between fulfilling the needs of new and existing customers and our internal stakeholders.
- Identify and implement external partnerships to bring new propositions to the market.
Your skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience working as a Senior Product Manager in a B2B. environment, with successful track record of working with cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects.
- Customer/end-user focused, commercially minded, and authentic with a hands-on mentality.
- Relevant work experience in a SaaS environment (e-Mobility or FinTech domain considered a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.

As we continue to grow our Data team, we are looking to hire a Senior Database Engineer to join our team in Rotterdam.
Your role:
As a Senior Database Engineer, you’ll shape and optimise our data infrastructure to support our rapidly growing platform. Your expertise will be key in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database systems that can handle millions of transactions each month, with a growth rate that doubles annually.
You’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to scale our data architecture, ensuring it remains efficient, secure, and highly available as we expand. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and tackle complex challenges.

Your responsibilities:

- Experience working within DevOps culture with a modern data estate.
- Incident Management experience, based on a 24/7 on-call rota.
- Knowledge of database concepts, including performance tuning, indexing, and query optimisation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, Bash, Python) for automation and database management.
- Strong understanding of database security principles and best practices.
- Experience with cloud database services (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database) as well as running databases in private cloud.

Your role:
As a Data Engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing our Data Platform. We’re in the early stages of transforming the data generated by our customers into valuable insights and you'll build the infrastructure required to convert our extensive and distributed data into the insights needed by our customers and ourselves. This’ll take place in a greenfield environment as we transition to the cloud.
You’ll create the pipelines necessary to populate the infrastructure and ensure the data is accessible through our SaaS application and data analysis tools.
Your responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the data platform.
- Work closely with software engineers to ensure they leverage the latest data and database insights.
- Play an important role in improving the performance, security, and scalability of our data infrastructure.

Votre rôle
En tant que Business Développement Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de notre équipe commerciale, avec une forte dimension stratégique et opérationnelle. Vous serez chargé(e) d’identifier, d’engager et de convaincre les opérateurs de bornes de recharges (CPO) et les fournisseurs de services de mobilité (MSP) en transformant des prospects en partenaires durables.
Vous aurez la charge de piloter les canaux de vente, de détecter les opportunités à fort potentiel et d’identifier les clients potentiels à travers des évènements dédiés, des campagnes de marketing ciblées, des communications personnalisées.

Vos principales responsabilités
- Maîtriser le marché : développer une connaissance approfondie de nos produits, de nos clients, de l’environnement concurrentiel afin d’anticiper les besoins et d’identifier les opportunités.
- Générer de nouvelles opportunités business : prospecter activement à travers des évènements professionnels, des campagnes ciblées, des communications personnalisées.
- Piloter le cycle de vente : qualifier les leads selon leur potentiel, engager les décideurs clés, structurer les échanges et transformer les opportunités en partenariats concrets.
- Favoriser la collaboration transverse : partager les retours clients pour nourrir l’innovation, améliorer la satisfaction et renforcer l’efficacité commerciale
- Développer les comptes existants : identifier les opportunités de cross-sell et d’upsell, résoudre les problématiques opérationnelles et construire des relations solides et durables.
- Optimiser les outils de pilotage : utiliser Salesforce et les autres CRM pour suivre les performances, structurer les processus de vente et améliorer l’efficacité commerciale.
Ce que vous apportez
- Diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou Master en commerce, économie, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
- Une expérience confirmée de plus de 5 ans en développement commercial, idéalement dans la mobilité électrique, le SaaS ou le PaaS.
- Une approche orientée client avec de solides compétences en vente et en négociation.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacité à créer des relations.
- Un esprit proactif, une soif d’apprendre et une volonté de faire la différence.
- Maîtrise du français (langue maternelle) et de l’anglais.
