Votre rôle
En tant que responsable des partenariats stratégiques pour la région DACH, vous êtes chargé(e) de l'établissement, du maintien et du développement de nos relations avec nos partenaires stratégiques. Vous êtes responsable du développement commercial de vos comptes partenaires et contribuez à la croissance du chiffre d'affaires, au renouvellement des contrats et au succès à long terme dans la région DACH.
Vos tâches
Élaborer une stratégie
- Développement et mise en œuvre de la planification stratégique pour votre portefeuille de partenaires.
- Assumez la responsabilité globale de votre portefeuille de partenaires, car vous êtes responsable d'environ 60 à 70 % du chiffre d'affaires dans la région DACH et donc de nos clients clés les plus importants.
- Collaboration étroite avec le directeur DACH, Europe du Sud et International pour poursuivre le développement du marché.
Promouvoir les partenariats
- Établissement et entretien de relations au niveau de la direction.
- Vous développez des relations commerciales au niveau de la direction avec des partenaires stratégiques et faites avancer des plans d'affaires communs.

- Vous menez les négociations tarifaires et contractuelles avec les partenaires et garantissez une valeur ajoutée mutuelle.
- Vous vous assurez que tous les contrats de partenariat sont juridiquement corrects et conformes aux exigences de conformité.
- Ils favorisent les opportunités de vente incitative et accompagnent le lancement de nouveaux produits chez les partenaires.
Surveiller et optimiser
- Ils analysent les données CRM, identifient rapidement les lacunes en matière de performances et agissent de manière proactive.
- Définition et suivi des indicateurs clés de performance pertinents.
- Vous fournissez régulièrement à votre supérieur hiérarchique des rapports et des analyses pertinentes.
Coopération inter-équipes

Votre profil

You are responsible for scaling and embedding Last Mile Solutions’ product‑ and partner‑led strategy in Product & Technology, with AI‑native engineering as a core capability of how we build and deliver our solutions. The strategic direction is clear and already underway; your role is to translate this direction into consistent execution, measurable outcomes and sustainable scale.
You lead Product, Engineering, Platform and Data as one integrated system, ensuring teams operate with clarity, ownership and a strong connection to partner value. For the coming year(s) we see the next three priorities:
1. Lead with modernizing product leadership and engineering practices including the architecture
Your responsibility is to improve platform stability and performance. Reduce incidents through strong observability, monitoring, and incident‑management practices. You will define clear team ownership and structure. You will establish a predictable roadmap, prioritization process and release cadence.
2. Modernize software, infra and organizational design
In a holistic way, you will modernize our software architecture and infrastructure, shift the teams towards a DevSecOps ways of working and prepare the organization to work natively with AI. You help teams reduce technical debt and automate key systems. Your work creates a scalable, modern platform with the right tools and skills in place.
3. Increase innovation capacity
In this role, you free up capacity for roadmap delivery and new value creation by strengthening product management, improving prioritization, enabling faster decision-making and streamlining delivery and release processes. You create space for experimentation and new product development while establishing a steady innovation rhythm. Ultimately, you ensure the organization and platform are set up to build, innovate and scale again, fully ready to support future demand.

Ensure that modern architecture, DevSecOps and AI‑native engineering practices are consistently applied across teams. Modernization is evolutionary and pragmatic, enabling independent delivery and fast feedback loops at scale.
Enable predictable delivery and partner trust
Establish clear product roadmaps, disciplined prioritization and transparent commitments so partners know what is coming and when. Delivery is reliable, predictable and aligned with partner expectations.
Increase innovation capacity without sacrificing stability
Reduce operational complexity and friction to free up capacity for experimentation, learning and faster value delivery. Strong foundations allow teams to innovate confidently while the platform remains stable and secure.
Lead Product & Technology as a business capability
Translate technical and product outcomes into measurable business impact. Work closely with the executive team to ensure Product & Technology priorities, including AI adoption, directly support company strategy, growth and partner satisfaction.

Bachelor or Master degree in relevant direction (Computer Science, IT, Engineering or business focused degree with relevant experience).
10+ years technical leadership experience, ideally in scaling digital-first environments.
Proven experience in a high-load B2B SaaS/PaaS environment.
Strong background in architecting and modernizing software and infrastructure.
Track record of driving organizational transformation from traditional delivery to DevSecOps.
Skilled at increasing innovation capacity through improved processes, automation and team empowerment.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent through experience).
At least 8 years of work experience in the position of Backend Software Engineer in an agile organization, preferably product-led.
You think in distributed systems. You've designed or maintained asynchronous, event-driven architectures and know how to handle high-throughput, high-load scenarios with confidence. Working with cloud infrastructure — particularly AWS services like SQS — feels natural to you, and you understand the trade-offs between different messaging and queuing patterns.
You're comfortable working across languages — we work in PHP and Go — and you know your way around both relational databases and NoSQL stores like Redis. We value the ability to pick the right tool for the job.
Containers are part of your daily workflow — Docker is non-negotiable. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and broader DevOps practices are a genuine plus.

As Partner Success Manager, you own adoption, retention, and value realization for a portfolio of partners in Belgium.
You are not a traditional Account Manager. You are a strategic advisor who understands EV charging operations, roaming, energy transactions, and SaaS platform dynamics, which expertise you translate into partner success.
Your success is measured by:
Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Churn prevention
Platform adoption & transaction growth
Customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)

Drive customer value and measurable outcomes
Co-create success plans with partners, translating their strategic goals into clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Track value realization (usage, performance, ROI) and proactively steer accounts to ensure targets are achieved.
Use data and health signals to identify risks early and take action to prevent churn.
Lead proactive account engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for operational and day-to-day stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with both operational users and key decision-makers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on impact, insights, and opportunities.
Increase product adoption and platform utilization
Drive adoption of core and advanced platform capabilities to maximize partner value.
Identify underutilization and guide partners on best practices, optimizations, and new use cases.
Translate product capabilities into tangible operational and financial benefits.
Support renewals and expansion
Safeguard renewals by demonstrating clear and ongoing value.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on partner maturity and evolving needs and collaborate closely with Partner Management to convert these opportunities.
Act as the voice of the partner
Capture structured product feedback and market insights, feeding them back to Product and Development teams.
Coordinate with Support and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally
Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Support teams to ensure a smooth handover post-deal and long-term partner success.
Contribute to improving internal processes, success playbooks, and scalability as the organization grows.
Ce que vous apportez
Experience
3+ years of experience in SaaS and ideally as well in e-mobility.
Strong understanding of:
CPO/MSP business models
Roaming ecosystems
Charging hardware and e-mobility product portfolios
Energy transactions and billing structures
Experience managing B2B accounts in a structured portfolio model.
Experience with data-driven account management (health scores, churn signals, KPIs).
Skills
Strong consultative mindset, value-driven rather than sales-driven.
Ability to translate technical platform capabilities into business impact.
Excellent stakeholder management skills (operations to executive level).
Analytical and structured in approach.
Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent level demonstrated through professional experience and commercial responsibility (Economics, Engineering, Energy, Business, or similar).
