- Daarnaast stuur je het incidentmanagementproces aan om problemen snel en effectief op te kunnen lossen mochten die zich voordoen. Je werkt multidisciplinair samen aan duurzame oplossingen.
- Het signaleren en analyseren van de oorzaak van incidenten met een hoge prioriteit en het beschikbaar maken van data ten behoeve van Incident Management.
- Je hebt een goed overzicht van de organisatie en de verschillende belangen. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen de processen begrijpt en dat belanghebbenden tijdig de informatie verkrijgen die ze nodig hebben.
- Je fungeert als schakel en aanspreekpunt tussen de gebruikersorganisatie, de IT organisatie en interne en externe stakeholders.
- Change management. Je draagt zorg een nauwkeurige voorbereiding en efficiënte uitvoering met aandacht voor gebruikersimpact. Je regelt de randvoorwaarden voor succesvolle uitvoering en ondersteunt de teams waar nodig.
- Je speelt een cruciale rol bij de kwaliteitsbewaking.
- Het continu verbeteren, aandragen van verbetervoorstellen en het uitvoeren daarvan.
- Het verzamelen van informatie over de performance van het incident en communiceren van de impact van incidenten en changes naar alle betrokken partijen.
Je herkent jezelf in
Naast enthousiasme vinden we het belangrijk dat je de wil en voldoende bagage hebt om samen met ons de schouders te zetten onder verdere professionalisering.- Bachelor of Master diploma in een relevant gebied.
- Meer dan 5 jaar relevante werkervaring dat kan worden vertaald naar deze rol.
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met Project Management en affiniteit met procesmatig werken.
- Uitstekend Stakeholder Management.
- Sterk analytisch vermogen.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden op zowel operationeel,- als tactisch niveau.
- Je bent resultaatgericht, proactief en denkt in oplossingen.
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
- Idealiter heb je werkervaring in de e-mobility/ EV industrie.
