Binnen deze functie heb je een brede en belangrijke rol binnen de Operationele organisatie van Last Mile Solutions, waarbij je rapporteert aan de Teamlead Customer Care. Je zorgt er in deze functie voor dat processen worden uitgeschreven en goed zijn ingericht om naadloos te kunnen worden uitgevoerd. - Je identificeert terugkerende problemen en analyseert deze om onderliggende oorzaken te achterhalen. Je beschrijft procedures ter ondersteuning van het proces.
- Daarnaast stuur je het incidentmanagementproces aan om problemen snel en effectief op te kunnen lossen mochten die zich voordoen. Je werkt multidisciplinair samen aan duurzame oplossingen.
- Het signaleren en analyseren van de oorzaak van incidenten met een hoge prioriteit en het beschikbaar maken van data ten behoeve van Incident Management.
- Je hebt een goed overzicht van de organisatie en de verschillende belangen. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen de processen begrijpt en dat belanghebbenden tijdig de informatie verkrijgen die ze nodig hebben.
- Je fungeert als schakel en aanspreekpunt tussen de gebruikersorganisatie, de IT organisatie en interne en externe stakeholders.
- Change management. Je draagt zorg een nauwkeurige voorbereiding en efficiënte uitvoering met aandacht voor gebruikersimpact. Je regelt de randvoorwaarden voor succesvolle uitvoering en ondersteunt de teams waar nodig.
- Je speelt een cruciale rol bij de kwaliteitsbewaking.
- Het continu verbeteren, aandragen van verbetervoorstellen en het uitvoeren daarvan.

We hechten veel belang aan een goede gezamenlijke lunch waarbij iedereen even zijn of haar hoofd kan verzetten en kan opladen voor de rest van de werkdag. Naar de lunch wordt altijd erg uitgekeken, dus we pakken uit met allerhande opties zoals salades, een warm gerechtje, yoghurt met seizoensfruit of gewoon een lekkere boterham. Your role
With the growing number of new roaming partners as well as new customers (providers), we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Connectivity Manager that can lead the team on day-to-day base to help us setting up and maintaining new API connections. In this role, you closely collaborate with the Solution and Roaming Managers of Last Mile Solutions and be the technical liaison of our customers and/or partners. You also play an important role in the development of new APIs by providing our Product Managers with valuable connectivity insights and customer feedback. Finally, you will be leading and supporting internal connectivity projects and help fixing connectivity issues whenever they occur.
