As our Head of Product, you will further build on the foundation of the relatively new Product Management team. You will facilitate product strategy creation and ensuring these strategies form a coherent whole. Your role as a Head of Product
As our Head of Product, you will be managing and further build on the foundation of the relatively new Product Management (PM) team. You will be responsible for bolstering the craft of the PM team members, team dynamics (striving for a well-oiled machine, awaydays, fun) and act as the escalation point for the team. Besides that, you will facilitate product strategy creation, collaborate with Product Managers to draft product strategies and ensuring these strategies form a coherent whole, aligning company strategy with product strategies. Also HR responsibilities for your team, such as performance evaluations, careerpath,- and development, learning opportunities, well-being and honing the craft are part of the job. In this role you will collaborate with and coach executive management to further develop the product mindset and organization, especially the processes and communication required with internal and external stakeholders. You will maximize the autonomy and trust in the PMs and Product Teams to ensure that each can set the vision and strategy for their products and ensure alignment with our overarching company strategy. The boardmembers and the Director of Strategy ultimately create the overall company strategy. As Head of Product you play an important role in orchestrating the alignment between company vision and strategy and its underlying product visions and strategies.Your core responsibilities are
As Head of Product you are accountable for the outcome and time to market of all product teams. You are responsible for the Product Portfolio performance which involves translating the company goals/targets into tangible outcome targets for the product organization as well as aligning with the product teams on the definition and tracking of product performance and outcomes. In addition Stakeholder Management is an important cornerstone where you act as point of contact for executive stakeholders. Key stakeholders for this position are the MT Team & Director of Strategy, Marketing, Customer Service & CSM, Operations and Finance. You analyze markets, competition and industry trends and conduct research to identify opportunities. And you orchestrate processes and communication lines to internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will be collaborating cross functional with Development, Marketing & Sales to drive product launches and updates.You recognize yourself in
- A relevant degree with preferably 7+ years of work experience in an international environment (e-Mobility or FinTech is considered a plus)
- Demonstrated experience with overseeing Product Management in the field of software products
- Fluency in English and a good command of Dutch is a plus
- You bring a strategic and analytical mindset and strong problem solving and communication skills
- You have passion for building high-performance teams based on trust and collaboration and driving results through the team.
- Profound knowledge of the business, its processes, drivers, and interdependencies.

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) you will shape and develop the way our product teams work with our infrastructure platform and enable the flywheel effects that will accelerate the product teams developing on it. You will have the autonomy to - together with your team - decide on which components and systems are needed to deliver an infrastructure platform that provides the best developer experience for the product teams. While closely collaborating with the product teams, you are involved in rapid iterations and improvements to further the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cutting-edge services landscape and breaking any dev-ops barriers you come across. You will support build a high-traffic/high-load platform on which millions of transactions take place each month and is doubling each year. Besides designing and implementing this developer experience platform, you’ll have many opportunities to flex your creativity and expertise. From implementing systems to deploying observability, or even stretching to other parts of the organization to improve their interaction with our platform. Moreover, you'll work closely with both front-end and back-end product teams as well as the architects. Together, you'll understand, implement, and support the needs of our products and value streams, contributing directly to our company's innovative endeavors.Your core responsibilities are

Ultimately, you will shape the next generation software for e-mobility and smart energy.What you will do as a Back-end Software Engineer
• You will work on the full life cycle of our products, from understanding the underlying problem, designing the architecture, to implementing, testing and releasing • You develop automated tests to increase quality and test for performance & robustness, including edge cases, usability and overall reliability • You run the product, using observability to identify bottlenecks and fix bugs • You will collaborate with platform engineering to implement new components and systems in our IT landscape, to improve performance, quality, CI/CD flows, or user experience of our platform and apps • You collaborate with other teams to improve the platform at large and scale it • Through these various activities, you will be (co-)responsible for designing and building the next generation of our white-label SaaS platform whilst in parallel you also work on our current generation platform.You recognize yourself in the following profile
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent through experience) • At least 4 years of work experience in the position of Backend Software Engineer in an agile organization, preferably product-led • You have attestable knowledge of PHP, SQL, working with queues (RabbitMQ) and noSQL (Redis) ór you have an extensive and varied experience in alternatives • Experience in working with dockers/ containers is a must • It is a plus if you also have knowledge of Symfony, CI/CD and devops-related activities • You are not daunted by breaking down monoliths and legacy code into full-fledged macro-services, refactoring existing code and improving quality • You are keen to iterate on code, develop and improve long-lived products, finding and resolving performance gaps • You enjoy working in a young, fast-paced, fast growth environment • You are proactive and a quick learner and continuously improve yourself • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and/or English languageAnd you recognize yourself in our core values
