Om onze processen verder te optimaliseren zoeken we een Case Manager Incidenten die bijdraagt aan de realisatie van een professionele en efficiënte dienstverlening.  

Jouw rol als Case Manager Incidenten

Binnen deze functie heb je een brede en belangrijke rol binnen de Operationele organisatie van Last Mile Solutions, waarbij je rapporteert aan de Teamlead Customer Care. Je zorgt er in deze functie voor dat processen worden uitgeschreven en goed zijn ingericht om naadloos te kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat je collega’s begrijpen hoe deze processen verlopen en wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Je verstrekt tijdig de benodigde informatie aan alle belanghebbenden om weloverwogen beslissingen te nemen. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en begeleiden van incident,- change,- en probleemprocessen. Dit betekent dat je kritisch en flexibel kunt inspelen op situaties waar uitzonderingen nodig zijn, zonder de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen. Je kunt goed beoordelen wat prioriteit heeft, signaleert kansen voor verbetering en anticipeert hierop. Met jouw sterke analytisch vermogen ben je in staat om complexe problemen te analyseren en praktische oplossingen te formuleren. In jouw rol ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van incidenten, belangrijk is ook het voorkomen van incidenten door effectieve maatregelen te implementeren.  

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Je identificeert terugkerende problemen en analyseert deze om onderliggende oorzaken te achterhalen. Je beschrijft procedures ter ondersteuning van het proces.
• Daarnaast stuur je het incidentmanagementproces aan om problemen snel en effectief op te kunnen lossen mochten die zich voordoen. Je werkt multidisciplinair samen aan duurzame oplossingen.
• Het signaleren en analyseren van de oorzaak van incidenten met een hoge prioriteit en het beschikbaar maken van data ten behoeve van Incident Management.
• Je hebt een goed overzicht van de organisatie en de verschillende belangen. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen de processen begrijpt en dat belanghebbenden tijdig de informatie verkrijgen die ze nodig hebben.
• Je fungeert als schakel en aanspreekpunt tussen de gebruikersorganisatie, de IT organisatie en interne en externe stakeholders.
• Change management. Je draagt zorg een nauwkeurige voorbereiding en efficiënte uitvoering met aandacht voor gebruikersimpact. Je regelt de randvoorwaarden voor succesvolle uitvoering en ondersteunt de teams waar nodig.
• Je speelt een cruciale rol bij de kwaliteitsbewaking.
• Het continu verbeteren, aandragen van verbetervoorstellen en het uitvoeren daarvan.
• Het verzamelen van informatie over de performance van het incident en communiceren van de impact van incidenten en changes naar alle betrokken partijen.

• Bachelor of Master diploma in een relevant gebied.

Your role as Finance Controller

For this diverse role, we are looking for a talented and energetic candidate who is ready to take the next step in her/ his career and grow together with Last Mile Solutions. As a Finance Controller, you will be responsible for managing and controlling our financial activities, including preparing and keeping the correct financial records, monitoring budgets and ensuring proper and timely accounting as well as compliance with laws and regulations. As an organization we are heading towards the application of an Electronic Money License (EMI) – you will be playing a role in supporting this application.

• Preparation of financial reports: month-end close; tax reports
• Monitoring budgets: oversees the use of budgets and ensures spending remains with planned limits
• Managing Accounting: ensures proper and timely processing of financial data and transactions in accounting. Providing internal and external management reports at group level
• Compliance with laws and regulations: ensures all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal guidelines
• Identifying financial risks: analyzes financial data to identify potential risks to the business and propose solutions. Keep a close eye on developments in the sector
• Supervision of financial audits: supervises and monitors internal and external audits to ensure that financial reports comply with laws and regulations
• Optimizing internal financial processes: improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial procedures within the company
• Advisory Management: provides financial advice and supports management in making strategic decisions

Your role as Business Controller

Jouw rol als Assistent Bistro host/hostess

We hechten veel belang aan een goede gezamenlijke lunch waarbij iedereen even zijn of haar hoofd kan verzetten en kan opladen voor de rest van de werkdag. Naar de lunch wordt altijd erg uitgekeken, dus we pakken uit met allerhande opties zoals salades, een warm gerechtje, yoghurt met seizoensfruit of gewoon een lekkere boterham. Hiermee houden we rekening met verschillende wensen van onze collega’s, bijvoorbeeld vegetarisch, vegan of halal. We serveren deze lunch van 12.15 – 13.30 uur in onze bistro op de 4^e verdieping van ons mooie kantoorpand waar ook toegang is tot ons dakterras en alwaar er regelmatig een pijltje gegooid of een balletje geslagen wordt. Onze organisatie groeit en daardoor kan onze huidige Bsitro hostess hulp gebruiken. Om alles nóg soepeler te laten verlopen zijn we daarom op zoek naar een assistent host/ hostess die kan bijspringen tijdens de piekuren tussen 11.00 – 14.00 uur. Werkzaamheden die behoren tot deze rol zijn het ontvangen en opruimen van de boodschappen, voorbereiding treffen voor de lunch met de bereiding van salades, gerechten en het klaarzetten van broodjes, beleg, sappen etcetera. Tijdens de lunchtijd zorg je dat alles mooi klaar staat en bijgevuld wordt zodat iedereen weer op volle kracht vooruit kan. Wanneer de laatste collega’s vertrekken begin je met opruimen – je maakt de keuken op orde, je zorgt dat de tafels, stoelen en vaat weer schoon zijn voor de volgende dag en gooit het vuilnis in de container beneden.

Wat ga je doen als Executive Assistant bij Last Mile Solutions?

Als Executive Assistant bij Last Mile Solutions kom je te werken voor de C-level executives. Jouw veelzijdige vaardigheden en proactieve aanpak zorgen ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, van dagelijkse taken tot het ondersteunen van cruciale projecten. Je krijgt een divers takenpakket waarbij je allereerst verantwoordelijk bent voor het ondersteunen van ons Executive Committee op zowel inhoudelijk als organisatorisch vlak. Hierbij gaat het o.a. om taken zoals agendabeheer, werkvoorbereiding en communicatie. Ook zul je (mede)verantwoordelijk zijn voor het vlekkeloos organiseren van evenementen. Wie ben jij?

We zoeken een ervaren, proactieve Executive Assistant, bij voorkeur heb je gewerkt in een dynamische organisatie en daardoor uitgerust met een flexibele mindset. • Je bent de rechterhand van de vier Executive Committee leden.
• Je beheert moeiteloos complexe agenda's, verzorgt de reisplanning en coördineert afspraken met uitstekende timemanagement vaardigheden.
• Je organiseert en monitort vergaderingen, evenementen en belangrijke projecten (in samenwerking met je directe collega assistant en afdeling Office).
• Je biedt ondersteuning bij het opstellen van rapporten, presentaties en documentatie.
• Je prioriteert en draagt zorg voor de afhandeling van diverse ad-hoc taken met nauwkeurigheid en snelheid.
• Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen interne teams en externe partners en laat communicatie vlekkeloos verlopen voor een positieve en productieve samenwerking.

Kennis en ervaring

• HBO denk- en werkniveau.
• Ten minste 10+ jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
• Je bent organisatorisch en communicatief sterk, je bent proactief, accuraat, flexibel en integer.
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift (extra talen zijn een pré).
• Je hebt ruime ervaring in het werken met MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel en Powerpoint).
• Een representatief voorkomen.

Your role

As a BDR, you enjoy a diverse role with a strong commercial focus. The primary responsibility you will have in this role is generating new business. Your target customers will be CPOs (Charge Point Operators) and MSPs (Mobility Service Providers) in the Benelux. You will manage incoming sales channels, identify promising opportunities, and engage potential customers through industry events, marketing campaigns and e-mail/ calls. Besides that, you will nurture relationships with customers, exploring cross,- and up-sell opportunities and resolving pressing issues. This is an entry-level position with abundant opportunities for personal growth and development, paving the way for you to advance into other commercial roles, such as Business Development Manager or Customer Success Manager.

• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our markets, products and solutions to effectively address customer needs

Your role

As Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for nurturing key customers (In Benelux) after deal closure. In this varied job with many responsibilities, you will have contacts with existing customers about ongoing contracts, solutions and problems. There is daily contact with the Sales and Solutions colleagues about current and future projects. And you have frequent contact with the international Development and Support teams working from our HQ in Rotterdam.

Your role

With the growing number of new roaming partners as well as new customers (providers), we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Connectivity Manager that can lead the team on day-to-day base  to help us setting up and maintaining new API connections. In this role, you closely collaborate with the Solution and Roaming Managers of Last Mile Solutions and be the technical liaison of our customers and/or partners. You also play an important role in the development of new APIs by providing our Product Managers with valuable connectivity insights and customer feedback. Finally, you will be leading and supporting internal connectivity projects and help fixing connectivity issues whenever they occur. You will be a part of a talented and ambitious team and will report to the Manager of the Connectivity department.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Connectivity team day on operational base as well as HR base.
• Setting up and maintaining proprietary API and OCPI connections.
• Support the development of new APIs.
• Lead and support connectivity projects.
• Provide advance support for any connectivity issues.
• Maintaining the ticketing board.

Your role as Infrastructure Engineer

As an Infrastructure Engineer you will shape and develop our infrastructure platform and in effect create a flywheel that will accelerate the product teams developing on it. You will have the autonomy to together with your team decide on which components and systems are needed to deliver an infrastructure platform that equals public cloud offering, but all in our own DCs with our own bare metal. You will be involved in rapid iterations and improvements to further the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cutting-edge services landscape. You will help build a high-traffic/high-load platform on which millions of transactions take place each month and is doubling each year. Besides designing and implementing this infrastructure platform, you’ll have ample opportunities to flex your creativity and expertise. Crafting a developer experience platform, from bare metal to OS, up to application layer and transitioning our virtualized Linux infrastructure to Kubernetes. Moreover, you'll work closely with both front-end and back-end product teams as well as the architects. Together, you'll understand, implement, and support the needs of our products and value streams, contributing directly to our company's innovative endeavors.  

Your core responsibilities are

• You will design, implement and maintain the infrastructure platform • You will work with our co-location partners to design and implement the right hardware in our racks • You will work closely with software engineers to guide and provide them with best practices or help, support and implement new scalable solutions • You will play an important role in automating traditional admin work, to make more time for innovation and efficiency • You implement infrastructure as Code to facilitate the rapid scaling of our environment and assuring security practices • You will maintain and improve our current infrastructure and drive the transition to Kubernetes  

What do we expect from you as a new colleague

• Strong drive for automation, recognizing, analyzing and converting manual processes to automated ones • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Solid foundation in Linux administration and troubleshooting • Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker Swarm, k8s) • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines •  Incident management based on a 24/7 rotation (On-call rotation)  

You recognize yourself in

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field • 4+ years of working experience in IT and preferably within a SaaS environment • Strong communication skills in a diverse international environment • Robust analytical + critical thinking skills, understanding and overseeing the systems landscape at both DC and cluster/node level • Team player that is willing to back-up other team member's work, even when outside comfort zone • You are willing to work at the office in Rotterdam for 3 days a week • Preferably you have knowledge of database administration (e.g. postgresql) • Preferably you are comfortable with PHP 7+, ideally Symfony • You have affinity for security and/or observability

Your role as Back-end Software Engineer

In a compact, fast-growing team, we develop software for the next generation of E-mobility solutions. That means not just building applications, but jointly building a new team and platform, with the associated challenges. You are an ambitious, result-oriented, hands-on back-end software engineer. Through your experience and enthusiasm, you contribute to the further development of our product. Your expertise is the basis for the quality of our software. Ultimately, you will shape the next generation software for e-mobility and smart energy.  

What you will do as a Back-end Software Engineer

• You will work on the full life cycle of our products, from understanding the underlying problem, designing the architecture, to implementing, testing and releasing • You develop automated tests to increase quality and test for performance & robustness, including edge cases, usability and overall reliability • You run the product, using observability to identify bottlenecks and fix bugs • You will collaborate with platform engineering to implement new components and systems in our IT landscape, to improve performance, quality, CI/CD flows, or user experience of our platform and apps • You collaborate with other teams to improve the platform at large and scale it • Through these various activities, you will be (co-)responsible for designing and building the next generation of our white-label SaaS platform whilst in parallel you also work on our current generation platform.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent through experience) • At least 4 years of work experience in the position of Backend Software Engineer in an agile organization, preferably product-led • You have attestable knowledge of PHP, SQL, working with queues (RabbitMQ) and noSQL (Redis) ór you have an extensive and varied experience in alternatives • Experience in working with dockers/ containers is a must • It is a plus if you also have knowledge of Symfony, CI/CD and devops-related activities • You are not daunted by breaking down monoliths and legacy code into full-fledged macro-services, refactoring existing code and improving quality • You are keen to iterate on code, develop and improve long-lived products, finding and resolving performance gaps • You enjoy working in a young, fast-paced, fast growth environment • You are proactive and a quick learner and continuously improve yourself • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and/or English language
