As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) you will shape and develop the way our product teams work with our infrastructure platform and enable the flywheel effects that will accelerate the product teams developing on it. You will have the autonomy to - together with your team - decide on which components and systems are needed to deliver an infrastructure platform that provides the best developer experience for the product teams. While closely collaborating with the product teams, you are involved in rapid iterations and improvements to further the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cutting-edge services landscape and breaking any dev-ops barriers you come across. You will support build a high-traffic/high-load platform on which millions of transactions take place each month and is doubling each year. Your role as a Head of Quality
Last Mile Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Quality based in Rotterdam. As the Head of Quality, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of delivery of product teams by means of coaching and upskilling, setting a technical roadmap, and help implement systems and services to facilitate this roadmap. You will be a part of a talented and ambitious team driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices to enhance our product quality and customer satisfaction. Your role as a Software Development Manager
As a Software Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of software solutions. You will manage one or more product teams (6-12 persons). In this role you will collaborate with the product manager to ensure technical health is included in the roadmap, and long-lasting solutions are developed, and set the technical vision for your product teams. In the role of Software Development Manager, you are responsible for the well-being and functioning of all team members in the designated product teams. You coach the team members on a day-to-day level, allowing them to develop their careers step by step. You teach them to work independently, to say no to internal customers and how stakeholder management works. Together with HR, you determine the training needs of the team members, organise brainstorming sessions and you are the first point of contact for leave and absence.
