Lodder Software was founded in 1978 and has grown into the largest software supplier for the fuel market in the Netherlands and Belgium. Lodder focuses on automating administrative and logistics processes for gas stations, gas station chains, the oil trade and bunkering. In order to expand its growth in Europe in the coming years, Lodder will work together with Last Mile Solutions.
For years, Lodder Software has been committed to supporting and promoting providers of new energy sources, such as CNG, LNG and hydrogen. With the founding of LodderEV, the company is responding to the growing e-mobility market. The increase in electric transport means that the fleets of Lodder’s customers are becoming more diverse. This brings new challenges, which Lodder seeks to answer with its software.
The first customers are now processing charging transactions and charging cards with Lodder software, varying from simple invoicing and transaction overviews, to kilometer registration and overview in the total administration. It is Lodder’s goal to make all functionalities that customers know from the fuel market also available for EVs.
To realise this, Lodder will work together with Last Miles Solutions, the largest independent provider of e-mobility platforms in Europe. The collaboration creates a European network of 280.000 charging stations where the LodderCard can be accepted as a charging card.
In addition, LMS supplies the right back office modules for the self-management of charging stations. Users of the LodderCard, Lodder Software and LodderEV can also benefit from the link between the Lodder and LMS systems. This way, all the information that customers need is clearly arranged and immediately accessible.
